Taylor MacDonald

Based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Taylor is the Co-Founder and Chief Weaver of Caerus Capital Partners Inc. and Head of Institutional Sales at Triview Capital Ltd. He spent the last 20 years working in the finance industry in Vancouver, London, and New York on both the buy side (fund management) and sell side (equity capital markets). He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a CFA Charterholder and a Director of STAND - a scholarship program for youth at risk.
Taylor is a recipient of Business in Vancouver's Top 40 Under 40 Award. He is also a member of Tiger21, Long Angle and Mensa.

Rob Shewchuk

Rob began his career as an Equities Trader and Stock Broker with Yorkton Securities Inc. in Calgary, Alberta in 1996. He joined Standard Securities Capital Corporation in 2004 and became Chairman in 2007, merged it with Wolverton Securities Ltd. in 2009, and was a Managing Director until sold to PI Financial Corp with $6 Billion in AUM in 2016.

Rob is currently CEO & Director of LithiumBank Resources Corp (LBNK-TSXv), Director of Homeland Uranium Corp (HLU-TSXv), Director of Spectre Capital Corp. (SOO.P-TSXv), Chief Architect and Director of Caerus Capital Partners Inc, and a licensed Dealer Representative at EMD TriView Capital Ltd.

Ryan "Boz" Bozajian

Ryan “Boz” Bozajian began his career in entertainment, lending his talents and technical skills to feature films at companies such as American Zoetrope, Lucasfilm / Industrial Light & Magic, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Radium, Pixomondo, Mirada, and Crafty Apes. As a visual effects artist, lead tool developer, pipeline architect, and supervisor, Ryan had the privilege of working directly with such film industry legends as Francis Ford Coppola, Walter Murch, Dennis Muren, Guillermo Del Toro and many others. Over the years Ryan also founded multiple media production companies and led teams on set and in post on commercials and online content as a flame operator, visual effects supervisor, creative director and producer. He brings his many years of blending creative, technical and business roles into the realm of technology with a keen eye for top talent, disruptive methodologies, and most of all, a potent vision of the emerging tech landscape. Ryan is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Blockchain Society.
